Mon-Fri from 10am-8pm EST and Saturday from 11am-6pm EST.

Please have all appropriate information including the cardholder’s billing address.
Credit cards are checked thoroughly to verify billing address.
Money Orders: Orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of money order.
Personal Checks: All checks are held till they clear and then order will be shipped out.

Shipping Policies:
FREE Shipping via UPS Ground on orders of $250 or more in the continental US
Orders under $250 will be assessed the corresponding UPS shipping cost for the weight and destination.
Military Address Orders will be assessed the corresponding USPS shipping cost for the weight and destination.
Most orders are shipped out same or next day depending on stock availability.
UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select are also available. The cutoff time for these options is 1 PM Central Time.
We will ship to P.O. Boxes through the U.S. Postal Service.
All FPO and APO orders20are sent through U.S. Postal Service.
We do NOT require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we can not make the driver to leave the package if no one is home. When expecting a package please do what you can to be at the delivery address or have somone else be their to pick up your order when the item/s are delivered. UPS is not required to leave the package on your door step, this is up to the driver.
UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
We will charge you a the cost of shipment for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
International Shipping Policies
We WILL ship international packages. Customs will incur shipping charges based on the weight of order and county of destination.
Do not order items that are=2 0illegal to import into your country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are responsible for the shipping charges.
Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, U.S. or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. If you wo uld like to pay by another method, please call us at 504-712-0405.
Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less or more than the actual sale amount.
For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Supplements/Vitamins". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.
We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

Return Information
All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.
No unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise.
Orders sent back without return authorization number will be refused.
15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment.
